What is included in your standard cleaning package?

We really follow your lead and our cleaners are very flexible in what they can provide. However, there are certain tasks that we cannot do. Visit our 'Services' page or get in touch with us and we will be happy to help!

What kind of cleaning products do you use?

We use the clients cleaning products so we can keep the clean up to their standards with the products they love and trust. If you need products that will usually come with an extra charge.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't have to be home during the cleaning. We can arrange a time that is convenient for you and provide access to your home. All of our cleaners have been thoroughly screened and are trustworthy.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a fee. 

Do you offer one-time cleaning services?

Yes, we offer one-time cleaning services for those who don't need regular cleaning but still want a clean home. We can also provide deep cleaning services for move-in and move-out cleaning.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

If you're not satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours and we will rectify the situation. We will need some pictures to show what was missed so that we can escalate this and process a refund.

Are you insured?

Yes we are insured! Our cleaners are also DBS checked and vetted.
